About Shipping

Domestic Order / Shipments
The estimated time of arrival using first class mail on domestic shipments according to our carrier:  "USPS" is 3 - 14 days depending on the proximity from our shipping facility in US and Hong Kong. 

Tracking number will be generated at the time of processing and it is mailed to your registered PayPal address or log into your pinlo account to view the status of the order. #We only ship to Paypal postal address.

International Order / Shipments
We accept orders from over 30 countries around the world with using Fedex, EMS, DHL or TNT Mail on International shipments!
We process and ship orders within 1-2 days after payment received. If the order is placed on weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

Shipping cost of USD$5 for Standard Post, USD$15 for Express service applies to all oversea countires.
Tracking Number will be sent to your default PayPal email address once your order is processed and ready to be shipped.

Local Government  Customs Duties and Taxes:
Your local government may charge import duties or VAT on your shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your government.
